Description: Summary

This role is for a talented UX developer with extensive experience developing HTML, DHTML, CSS layouts, JavaScript, AJAX, RIAs or .NET. In this position you will work closely in cross-functional teams including: UX Designers, Visual Designers and Software Developers.



Key Responsibilities

• Work with consumer experience team to translate visual design and user interface specification into optimized scalable code

• Partner with consumer experience team to test ideas for optimizing the user experience

• Develop and maintain templates in a well-organized, clearly-documented, pattern library

• Verify code across multiple browser & OS combinations

• Partner and support developers with code integration and troubleshooting HTML, CSS and JavaScript related problems

• Review existing or 3rd party code and deliver feedback.

• Foster knowledge and learning across teams by a continuous teaching



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ experience working with multiple web technologies developing and implementing dynamic data driven web sites

• Expert knowledge of hand-coded HTML (XHTML and DHTML), CSS and JavaScript based on web standards and best practices for code optimization, accessibility and SEO

• Experience with AJAX, and a solid understanding of current Web Standards compliance practices

• Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform implementation solutions
