This is a 6 month contract to perm job







currently looking for an experienced J2EE Senior Developer to join our architecture team.



As a J2EE Senior Developer, you will be a key participant in the design and development of various enhancements to our J2EE Application Framework. You will work with technical leads to design the right solution using the framework and consult on best practices and code reviews.



Our solution is deployed in a unix environment using WebSphere Application Server, BEA AquaLogic Portal Server, MQSeries, and an Oracle 9i database servers, requirements.



Minimum of 6 years of J2EE design and development experience, 8 years of Java development experience, including creation of Java Server Pages (JSPs), servlets, JMS, WebServices and Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs).

Very strong object-oriented design and development experience, specifically in the area of J2EE design patterns such as Model View Controller, Command pattern, Session Facade, Data Access Object pattern, etc.

Experience with WebSphere Application Server version or version 6 mandatory. Experience writing SQL and using JDBC to connect to relational databases is a plus. Experience over the full software development lifecycle is a must.

Experience estimating the duration of design and development tasks.

Very Strong written and oral communication skills. BS in Computer Science or related field
