Description: * Build, upgrade, maintain and repair servers for Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) at FBI headquarters. * Install and maintain SAN, RAID and tape backup systems for EMS servers. * Integrate EMS applications (Netcool, NetQos, OPNET ), monitor logs, install patches and upgrade applications. * Work across all enclaves, to include Unclassified, SBU, Secret and Top Secret EMS systems. * Work with customer to develop requirements for new EMS systems. * Provide regular detailed activity reports to customer and manager.
