Well, that didn't do it.
If I add a scorefile entry through the "Add to scorefile" dialog, the
list is still rescored, regardless of the setting of "Rescore on apply"
and/or setting "When Scorefile Changes" to "Ignore - Do nothing".
However, if I change the scorefile externally via a text editor, those
changes are ignored until I manually select Special->"Reload Score
File".
