Well, have a look at /slrn2/slrn%
where screenshots 1-4 show all possible combinations between "wide
glyphs" and "2 columns" settings. In-between I made a Ctrl-L followed
by a Ctrl-U and then scrolled back to the same position using arrow
keys.
It still looks odd, but at least U+2500 isn't displayed as double-width
when "Wide glyphs count as 2 columns" is checked.
BTW, as opposed to my last posting I'm back to simulate_graphic_chars 0
and unchecked "Wide glyphs for Japanese/Chines/etc.", see screenshots 5
and 6. It seems to me that the URL selection box drawn doesn't use
simulated characters for boxes even if set to 1, or am I mistaken?
