I find myself needing to wipe the drool from my chin after trying to
connect all these dots.
It is still a bit confusing, but of course I could go back and try to
reread the site in question armed with your information. You are right
that I interpreted the site to be referring to the machine I was trying
to use to read news, plus the host of a VPN running Linux, and nothing
else.
Anyway, it's moot - I have some intellectual curiosity here, but not
enough to go much further with this. Especially given that I am
definitely an outsider in the given situation.
