Remember, though that the *environment* can make a user's requirements
change, not just his own habits. Example: the onslaught of Google
Gropers.

Someone will probably jump in and say, "But it IS a news program!" But
since I've been paying attention here I know that you mean "an actual
'news' program" as versus a combo mail-and-news try-to-do-both program.
Anyway, don't forget that with help you *can* get a well-filtered Usenet
experience using TB; you just have to prefilter for it.
